Tina Redman is an intimacy coordinator, professional actor and vocal percussionist.

Over the past decade, Tina has acted in several notable film and television productions, including a number of popular Netflix Series (Ludik, Justice Served, Umjolo, Savage beauty and Fatal Seduction). Tina's versatile acting roles have led to a deep appreciation of the importance of safely choreographed intimate scenes and a special interest in capturing with authenticity the experiences of Black and queer women and non-binary characters.

Tina understands the balancing exercise that intimacy coordinators must do — capturing raw emotion while remaining cognisant of the safety needs of cast and crew.

As an intimacy coordinator, Tina is a trustworthy liaison between the director and the cast, creating space for artists to push creative boundaries without having to sacrifice personal comfort and safety.

With a Bachelor's degree in drama, film and television (University of Pretoria) and experience on sets of all kinds, Tina brings a unique combination of technical skills, creative intuition, and solutions-oriented thinking to every project. Tina is multilingual and joins any team with an infectious enthusiasm which allows them to connect with people from all walks of life.
